Vaikund's Sundaram a good place to Live-In and a good return for my investment.

Though we had/have some issues, there are lot of good things to talk about, biggest advantage here is the space both interior and exterior.

Haven't seen ample of space in any other apartments, most of my friends who visited had the same comment, its a real enjoyment for kids.

They made sure the construction quality is good, haven't compromised on the quality of cement, steel ...

We did approach the management many times with number of requests, it might be for issues/alterations/new-requests/... haven't heard a 'NO' for any of our requests, though the work progress is slow management always makes sure each customer is satisfied and the commitments are met.

We should definitely thank our block in-charge 'Sunitha' and the project manager 'MuthuKumar' who always valued our requests and turned our dream home to reality.

Vaikund's Sundaram a good place to invest and would definitely recommend for others. GOOD LUCK TEAM.
